  • Opening a franchise was a new experience for me, my past life was all technology based companies in Silicon Valley working for large Fortune 500 companies. This was different, it was now my money to spend or protect. All of the nuances and permit requirements was also new to me. I received what they call an FDD from Nothing Bundt Cakes corporate office, and it was 255 pages of legal “mumbo jumbo”.
